Roles and Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager Events will be part of the Converge events team who will deliver engaging events across Brookfield Properties campuses pan-India. The role requires curating impactful experiences for tenant employees, aligning with the overall placemaking strategy of the organization. This includes managing end-to-end event management from ideation and budgeting to execution and reporting while ensuring flawless coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and brings creativity along with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative event strategies aligned with Converge s objectives.
- Develop engaging content for event communications, including mailers, posters, and other marketing collaterals.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and on-ground execution.
- Drive sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance events and deliver cost efficiencies.
- Prepare pre-event plans, live event oversight, and post-event reports with detailed analytics and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure high standards of delivery, audience engagement, and brand alignment across all events.
- Explore and develop new event formats, technologies, and experiences to continuously raise the bar.

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful delivery of events within budget and timelines.
- Quality of employee engagement and participation levels and RSVPs across events.
- Number of innovative event formats/ideas introduced.
- Sponsorship/partnerships secured and incremental value generated.
- Process efficiency and adherence to Converge SOPs.

Experience:
4 5 years in the events industry (corporate/agency background preferred). Experience in planning and executing large-scale employee engagement or corporate events is an advantage. -
Qualification:
Graduate degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. A postgraduate degree/diploma is a plus.
