Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and track potential tenders through market research, client interactions, and tender portals.
  • Evaluate opportunities against company strengths, capabilities, and strategic goals.
  • Prepare Go/No-Go reports with risk assessment for management approval.
  • Thoroughly review ITB (Invitation to Bid), RFQ, and RFP documents.
  • Extract key technical, commercial, contractual, and legal requirements.
  • Identify critical compliance points, risks, and deviations.
  • Develop a clear tender strategy in coordination with Business Development and Senior Management.
  • Decide on bidding models direct, consortium, JV, or subcontracting.
  • Align with engineering, procurement, project management, and finance teams for resource planning.
  • Prepare and submit pre-bid queries to the client/consultant.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely submission of bids with 100% compliance.
  • Value and profitability of contracts secured.
  • Effectiveness of replying pre-bid queries with the help internal stake holder.
  • Internal stakeholder satisfaction with bid process.
