Assistant Director - Project (Electrical)

1. Planning, Execution and Control of Setting up of new Electrical Laboratory project in Jhajjar, Haryana.

2. Follow-up for purchase process with concern section and ensure execution of the projects as per schedule.

3. Shifting of laboratory set-up from Gurgaon to Jhajjar and obtain new NABL 17025 accreditation at Jhajjar location.

4. To plan, execute and monitor activities of Regional Laboratory division initially at Gurgaon and later at Jhajjar.

5. To plan and arrange for resources (man-power and capital equipment) as per requirement.

6. To implement / maintain quality system in the laboratories as per ISO 17025.

7. To develop new areas of business as well as new test facilities as per business development plan.

8. Reporting to Top Management about future plans, vision and status update

1. Execution of Project within allotted budget and within 18 months.

2. Shifting of laboratory set-up from Gurgaon to Jhajjar and obtain new NABL 17025 accreditation at Jhajjar location within 1 month.

3. To achieve revenue of the Regional laboratory as per target set every year.

4. To achieve customer satisfaction as per goal set.

5. To meet the requirements of capex & opex.

6. To reduce the Turn-Around-Time for the report despatch and improve productivity.

Technical

1. Project Management Skill including Planning and Monitoring of Project execution.

2. Knowledge of evaluation of equipment as per national & international standards for major electrical parameters including high-voltage, impulse, Energy Meter, EMI/EMC, environmental parameters such as IP, Vibration, Shock, etc.

3. Knowledge of laboratory quality system accredited as per ISO 17025 - 2017.
