Role Purpose
Maximize credit card application inflow at the E-apply website by successfully implementing Digital , Innovation And Journey Simplification Projects.
Role Accountability
- Project Management
- Implement changes already identified for E-apply channel (E-KYC, Document Upload, SBI Relationship, Form Rationalization)
- Liase with IT, Operations, Fraud Control, Risk Management and Compliance to drive changes in the website, WCP and in on-ground processes
- Monitor changes after go-live to ensure that projected benefits are actualized
- Look for opportunities to improve throughput from application/soft-approval to accounts by Coordinating with operations Fcu and all relevennt Deparyments Audits Dispatch sheets
- Recommend changes in processes that can improve output and implementation of the same
Measures of Success
- Timely execution of already identified changes to website.
- Smooth implementation with minimal negative impact to the process.
- 3.Quick onboarding of new aggregators
- Actionable insights generated from analytics
