Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken candidate to join our sales team. The incumbent will be for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on accounts
  • Act as a specialist at servicing the existing customer base, keeping those relationships going and staying attuned to opportunities to sell to it again
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Manage contract renewals and extensions, seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build a deep understanding of the clients business needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the account and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information via email
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of our services
  • Staying informed about competing products and services

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have product knowledge (Steel)
  • BE/Btech/Bachelor`s degree
  • 2+ years of Key account management and inside sales
  • Knowledge of region-specific languages where they will be deployed
  • Prospecting and closing skills
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Customer service acumen
  • Knowledge of region specific languages where they will be deployed (Tamil, Gujarati)
  • Desire to exceed growth, and work in a fast paced environment
