Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hospital sales targets in assigned territory.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, purchase departments, doctors, and other decision-makers.
  
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with hospitals and healthcare providers.
  
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with hospital management.
  
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and hospital procurement processes.
  
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  
• Support the Sales Manager in planning, budgeting, and achieving overall sales objectives.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in hospital/healthcare/Pharma sales (preferred).
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  
• Knowledge of hospital procurement processes is an added advantage.
