We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Communications Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our external and internal communication strategies. This role is responsible for crafting compelling messaging across digital and traditional platforms to effectively promote the brand, engage target audiences, and support business goals. Role & responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing communication plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives. Create and manage content for various channels including websites, social media, email newsletters, press releases, brochures, and more. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. Coordinate with designers, writers, and agencies to produce marketing materials. Manage company presence at trade shows, webinars, and industry events. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Support internal communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 4-10 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Proficiency in content creation tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing tools, social media platforms). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidate profile:- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing. Graphic design or video editing experience. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
