Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hospital sales targets in assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, purchase departments, doctors, and other decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with hospitals and healthcare providers. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with hospital management. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and hospital procurement processes. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Support the Sales Manager in planning, budgeting, and achieving overall sales objectives. Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in hospital/healthcare/Pharma sales (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
