Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads Attend Sales events, as required Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads. Ensuring enquiries become confirmed business Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner Upselling where possible Producing written quotations and confirmation Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business Develop rates, group sales deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management. Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community Coordinate with other departments for smooth functions. Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required. Showround/entertainment of the clients on regular basis. Perform other duties as assigned.
