Develop long-term and short-term forecasts for rooms, banquet sales, and other revenue streams. Inventory & Distribution Management: Ensure optimal distribution of hotel inventory across online travel agencies (OTAs), direct booking channels, and third-party platforms. Monitor and manage availability and restrictions on various booking channels to prevent overbooking or underutilization. Work with IT and reservations teams to enhance the efficiency of the property management system (PMS) and channel manager.
