Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 14 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Delivery Quality in Trichy, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and delivery.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the delivery quality process to ensure high standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and make informed decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred
