Job Description: As the Assistant Manager at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited in Trichy, specializing in ED (Profee+Facility) & EM (IP+OP), you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and continuous improvement of delivery processes. Your role will involve working closely with project teams, client-facing departments, and senior management to ensure that all delivery-related activities meet established quality standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies for delivery teams. - Monitor the quality of deliverables across projects and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Conduct quality audits, assessments, and reviews to ensure compliance with quality specifications. - Identify areas for improvement in delivery processes and suggest corrective actions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and increased efficiency. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and suggesting improvements. - Track and report on quality metrics and performance indicators for all delivery-related activities. - Prepare and present regular reports on the quality performance of delivery teams to senior management. - Provide guidance and training to delivery teams on quality best practices and methodologies. - Collaborate with client-facing teams to gather feedback on the quality of deliverables and ensure timely resolution of any concerns. - Proactively identify potential risks to delivery quality and work on mitigating these risks. - Ensure proper documentation of quality processes, audits, and compliance with industry standards and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree; additional certifications like Six Sigma, ISO, PMP are a plus. - Experience: 8+ years in operations or delivery quality in US healthcare, particularly RCM. - Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in quality assurance tools and software, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. - Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and focused on continuous learning and development.
