Job Description:

5+ yrs. of relevant experience

Marketo Certified Solution Architect (mandatory)

Proven experience in Marketo implementation and architecture design

Strong background handling marketing technology and marketing automation. Experience rolling out new MarTech is a plus

Strong hands-on skills with REST APIs, ETL data management, and system configuration.

Deep understanding of Adobe B2B marketing and sales ecosystems

Knowledge of Salesforce or Dynamics and other marketing automation point solution

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Marketo instances from scratch (admin setup, GDPR compliance, lead scoring, lifecycle management).

Design scalable architecture and resolve lead routing issues across the B2B process cycle.

Lead API integrations with native and third-party solutions.

Monitor system performance, provide technical support, and enable operational teams.

Capture technical requirements and consult on product enhancements.

Support account-based, multi-channel marketing journeys with automation best practices.

Requirements

5+ yrs. of relevant experience

Work timings: 4 pm to 1 am IST. Flexible on business-critical deliverables on need basis, to support during holidays or weekends

Strong analytical skills. Ability to build, analyze and report operational metrics

Strong written and verbal communicator, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner

Comfortable working in a complex technical environment in a highly matrixed organization

Ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience driving projects from start-to-finish, even when faced with deep.
