Assistant Manager - Customer Interaction Suite

Position Summary

• The Asst Manager- ServiceAssurance is a position within Tata Communications, based in the CIS team
• This role is within a mighty team oftight-knit communication professionals who are responsible for protecting,building and enhancing Tata Communications corporate reputation globally
• You will be based in Mumbai and lead AMC and contractsmanagement profile
• Maintaininga close working relationship with Suppliers, SI Partners, OEM s (OriginalEquipment Manufacturers)Liaisonwith CFT (Cross Functional Teams) including Procurement, Finance, AccountPayable, Product, CIS, SA teams, etc
• Maintainingand monitoring CIS contracts & inventories DrivingIndia and International Networks AMC and contracts renewals with Suppliers, OEM s,SI s, suppliers, partnersNegotiationswith Suppliers, SI Partners, OEM s along with Tata Communications ProcurementTeam
• Trackingall renewal transactions and strong follow up with Suppliers, SI Partners andOEM s, suppliers, partnersSuppliers, SI,OEM, suppliers, partners invoice processing, cost accounting and payment duediligence
• AOPmanagement including providing AOP input, tracking renewal cost, periodicreporting to CIS team management
• Costreduction initiatives & tracking it for realizationEnsuringSuppliers, SI s, OEM s, suppliers, partners acknowledgement on PO placed &contract activation confirmationKeepingTata Communications and/or Kaleyra s inventory system up to date with latestcontracts renewal details
• Manageescalations and supporting internal teams for support related issuesGetweekly, monthly ticketing reports from managed partners as per request fromCFT Designingand periodically maintaining processes documentation with CFT s
• Overallaccounting of cost and reviews with Finance teamMaintaininga detailed tracker of all renewals costs with all contracts and PO relatedinformationReportingof renewals cost, PO s issued, payments, cost accounting
