Experience Required: 5+ years in CRM management, preferably in the real estate sector
Software Skills: Farvision ERP, Zoho CRM
1. Design and implement effective CRM strategies to manage leads, customer data, interactions, and feedback throughout the customer journey.
2. Ensure seamless synchronization between Zoho CRM and Farvision for accurate sales tracking.
3. Oversee the full customer lifecycle – from inquiry to booking, payments, handover, and after-sales services.
4. Set up automated communication and reminders for key milestones like payment due dates, document submissions, and possession updates.
5. Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate customer records across platforms.
6. Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in CRM management within a real estate development company.
Proficient in Farvision ERP and Zoho CRM – including setup, automation, reporting, and integrations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of RERA and other compliance documentation processes is an added advantage.
