Assistant Manager - Corporate Strategy

Operational Support:

• Plan and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and social events with the leadership team.
• Attend all Business Review meetings alongside the Business leaders, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.
• Prepare and distribute accurate and timely Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage projects related to strategic planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Navigate rapidly between A and C-level tasks with positivity and equanimity.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Market Insights & Intelligence

• Watch out for opportunities or ideas that may emerge for any of the revenue functions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market movements, and key business enablers relevant to the Business.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Communication:

• Acting as a liaison between Senior Management, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Special Projects:

• Taking on special projects assigned to gain experience and demonstrate their ability to handle increased responsibility.
