Job Description

You will be joining Elcom Digital, a technology-driven solutions provider specializing in SaaS, CRM, and Cloud solutions. Your role as a Business Development Specialist/Manager will involve driving direct sales in the Mid-Market segment. Here is what you can expect in this position: - Drive direct sales for SaaS, CRM, and Cloud products specifically targeting the Mid-Market segment. - Identify and engage potential clients, establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, and comprehend customer business needs. - Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure. - Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Product Teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer challenges. - Achieve and surpass assigned sales and revenue targets through proactive engagement in the market. - Maintain an updated pipeline, sales forecast, and CRM entries to ensure accurate reporting. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to mid-market customers. - Ensure seamless onboarding and long-term satisfaction of acquired clients. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, CRM, or Cloud-based solutions. - Profound understanding of solution-selling and mid-market buying processes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Direct sales experience is preferred over channel sales. - Result-oriented, self-driven, and able to independently manage multiple accounts. - A Business/Technology degree is necessary; an MBA is preferred. - Age between 25 to 35 years.
