Job Description

The role of Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales involves generating sales for the company through inbound and outbound sales activities. You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Networking and developing business through B2B and corporate sales will be key aspects of the job. Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media will be necessary. Your duties will include reaching out to potential customers, making presentations or pitches to showcase the benefits of the company's products/services, negotiating and closing deals, as well as handling complaints or objections. Developing a distribution network through a differentiated market approach and ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining client relationships, both new and existing, and coming up with innovative ideas to boost sales will be crucial. Additionally, creating reports with sales and financial data will be required. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, with preference given to those from the vending industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with exceptional relationship management and interpersonal abilities. It is preferred that the candidate be based in Mumbai. The offered CTC is 7 L.P.A.
