Maintain regular communication to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements. - Develop innovative partnership proposals and pitch ideas to corporate entities, showcasing the benefits and value proposition of collaborating with the organization. Customize proposals to align with the specific needs and objectives of potential partners. - Identify new business opportunities and target markets for corporate partnerships. Formulate strategies to expand the organization's reach and secure partnerships across diverse industries and sectors. - Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business prospects and professional connections. - Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including leads, meetings, proposals, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports on partnership development, progress, and achievements for management review. **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree in business administration. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques. - Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other Google tools.
