Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all finance and operations-related customer discussions.
• Deliver actionable insights to business teams by identifying financial risks and opportunities.
• Conduct periodic forecasting across various levels (e.g., client, module) to highlight potential risks and opportunities.
• Provide commercial support for RFIs and RFPs.
• Assist the commercial team with contract reviews, SOW management, business analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Establish and stabilize processes to manage cost escalations and identify margin improvement opportunities through rate increases or cost reductions.
• Act as the customer SPOC for invoicing and purchase order (PO) issues.
• Design and implement processes, reports, and dashboards to enhance productivity and support business decision-making.
• Lead annual budget planning, including P&L forecasting and target setting.

Minimum Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, with a strong foundation in FP&A/Commercial (forecasting, MIS, commercial support, revenue recognition).
• Professional qualification: CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent degree in finance or economics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• High aptitude for resolving complex and non-standard issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
