Assistant Manager - Commercial Finance

Role Overview: As a part of the Financial Reporting team at noon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include performing vendor reconciliations, supporting the team during period-end closings and audits, managing transaction volumes, and building strong relationships across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Perform timely vendor reconciliations and resolve outstanding queries. - Support the Financial Reporting team during period-end closings, audits, and ensure accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. - Proactively manage increasing transaction volumes with a solution-oriented mindset. - Act as a strong team player, collaborating effectively and demonstrating adaptability. - Build and maintain effective relationships across departments, offering proactive support and timely resolutions to business and stakeholder queries. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance/Commerce, General Accounting, or a similar field, with an MBA or equivalent qualification. - Knowledge of general accounting and GL Reporting. - Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Exposure to eCommerce/Quick commerce Industry. - Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strong technical skills in Microsoft / Google Suite/Big Query (bq).
