Role & responsibilities:

Undertake projects related to new technologies, value maximization from byproducts
Evaluation of technologies, setting up of pilot scale projects, scaling up and commercialization of projects
Techno commercial assessment, capex, opex, profitability, IRR etc.

Skills Required:

Good communication, Interpersonal Skills & Self-motivated.
PMP certification desirable but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel to operation plants, abroad, attend seminars, read journals.
Must be able to interact with research institutions, process licensors, engineering & consultancy services.

Work Experience:

Relevant work experience in chemical projects environment
Techno commercial knowledge and experience
Knowledge of Aspen Plus and HYSIS will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

Analysing & Decision making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem Solving & Team Management
Familiar with Specific design parameters.
