Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a robust network of real estate brokers and channel partners.
Generate leads and bookings through channel sales strategies and broker engagement.
Conduct regular broker meets, project briefings, and training sessions.
Track broker performance and incentive structures to ensure motivation and alignment with business goals.
Drive site visits and convert them to bookings with the help of channel partners.
Maintain and update broker databases, and share timely project information.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, sales operations) for end-to-end sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel feedback to optimize strategies.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and broker engagement reports.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in channel sales within the real estate industry (residential or commercial).
Strong understanding of local broker networks, real estate projects, and sales processes. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through channel partners.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree (preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field).
