Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at CAT Axis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead teams to achieve business objectives and targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in management roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
Experience working with Max Life Insurance Company Limited or similar companies is an advantage.
