About the Role:

Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team handling end-to-end background verification processes.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, compliance, and SLA adherence.
  • Coordinate with clients for escalations, updates, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance and confidentiality norms.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3–4 years in the

    Background Verification domain

  • Prior experience in a

    Team Leader or Assistant Manager role

    preferred.
  • Strong understanding of BGV processes, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
