Job Description:
We are hiring an Assistant Manager to help manage daily operations, support senior managers, and handle client relationships. The role requires good leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work with a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and team management
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Help implement business strategies
  • Maintain reports and documentation
  • Interact with clients and address queries
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 2–4 years of experience in a team leader/assistant manager role
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
