Assistant Manager - Call Center

Position Summary:

We seek an experienced Assistant Manager to lead Call Center Sales team for Ferty 9 across India. This role involves supporting the Sales Team, managing operations, coaching agents, ensuring compliance, and analyzing KPIs to enhance productivity and sales conversion in the healthcare and fertility sector.

As Telangana and Andhra Pradesh's largest Fertility Brand, you will be shaping the general perception of patients regarding our role in the Fertility Industry where credibility and patient sensitivity are paramount. We are leaders in technology and process investments with global scientific leaders from Europe

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily call center operations and agent productivity.

Coach sales agents to meet targets and monitor performance.

Analyze call metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.

Support training for new agents and provide performance feedback.

Ensure compliance with sales scripts and handle escalated issues.

Must have skills in candidate profile

Skills in Excel and Power Point Presentation.

Must have demonstrable record of excellence in Sales driven BPO Processes

Proficiency in English and Telugu is mandatory;

Hindi is advantageous.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in business or related field (preferred).

4+ years in call center sales and 2+ years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership, sales coaching, and communication skills.

Familiarity with sales strategies and call center technology.

Contact Centre Sales experience in Service Industry or Healthcare preferred but not mandatory

Contact Centre Experience in managing a Lead funnel, CRM Systems such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, HubSpot preferred but not mandatory

Proficiency in English and Telugu is mandatory;

Hindi is advantageous.
