Assistant Manager- Business HR

About the Role:

What You'll Do

• Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Onboarding & Integration: Own the entire onboarding experience, from offer acceptance to post-joining integration, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
• Employee Engagement: Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, quarterly branch visits, surveys, and Sports/cultural events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Separations Management: Manage the complete offboarding and separation process, including exit interviews.
• Grievance handling: Provide necessary guidance on HR related issues/Policies and address employee grievances
• HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, HRIS data accuracy, policy implementation, and ensuring statutory compliance.
  

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist/Talent Management role
• An MBA in HR or a related field from a reputable institution is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, process orientation, and a high level of attention to detail.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics to inform decisions.
