Job Description

As a Brand Manager, your role will involve developing and executing brand strategies across PAN India to ensure effective sales and marketing collaboration. You will be responsible for managing trade marketing plans, which includes budget management, market research, analysis, and campaign execution. Overseeing ATL activities (BTL) will be crucial to drive business growth through innovative marketing communication initiatives. Regular market research will be conducted by you to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. Your role will also involve ensuring seamless integration of all marketing efforts to achieve optimal results and overseeing visual merchandising for an elevated product presentation and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement retail branding strategies for a consistent brand image across all channels. - Identify new marketing opportunities and tools that can help the brand progress in the target market. - Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, purchases, etc., and integrate these insights into marketing plans. - Coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders to deliver their requirements timely and align with the brand. - Assist in developing brand strategy and actively contribute to the execution of the brand strategy. - Execute BTL & ATL activities responsibly. - Plan creatively and strategically for media shoots and campaigns. - Coordinate various artwork for sales promotions, campaigns, and packaging materials. - Plan and execute brand strategies within agreed budgets and plan for budgetary controls. - Coordinate with ad agencies and consultants to ensure timely completion of work. - Conduct periodical reviews of cost-benefit analysis of various marketing initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in brand management or related field. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions. - Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth. - Proven track record of successful brand management initiatives. - Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. This job is full-time with the work location being in person.,
