Job Title: Assistant Manager - Back Office Operations

Key Responsibilities-

  • Operational Leadership:

    Coordinate day-to-day workflows for Back Office Supervisors and ensure all production goals are met.
  • Client Management:

    Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients; lead scheduled meetings and present performance data via PowerPoint.
  • SLA Compliance:

    Identify contractual requirements and create robust recovery plans for any missed Service Level Agreements.
  • Financial Metrics:

    Monitor and optimize speed and efficiency to meet project-specific financial goals.
  • Performance Management:

    Conduct timely performance evaluations, manage conflict resolution, and handle employment actions (discipline/hiring).
  • Process Improvement:

    Provide in-depth analysis of production issues and implement corrective action plans and quality management processes.
  • Financial Reporting:

    Gather and submit weekly billing data for approved projects.

Candidate Profile-

  • Technical Skills:

    Advanced proficiency in

    MS Office

    (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Leadership:

    Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop Supervisors for promotional opportunities.
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Education:

    High School Diploma required;

    Bachelors Degree preferred
