Assistant Manager - B2B Travel & Trade

As an Assistant Manager - B2B Travel Trade, your role is to actively support the expansion of Cordelia Cruises presence in the travel agency and trade partner ecosysteM Youll assist in driving group and cabin sales through trade channels, building and nurturing agency relationships, and supporting regional revenue targets through focused B2B strategies.
" , KeyResponsibilities: Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for the travel trade segment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, consolidators, and tour operators. Support trade partners in selling Cordelia Cruises by providing training, product knowledge, and promotional tools. Track and manage leads, inquiries, and conversions through the agency network. Attend travel exhibitions, roadshows, and trade events to represent Cordelia Cruises and strengthen market presence. Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth booking, payment, and service delivery processes. Assist in gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to refine sales efforts. Monitor performance of partner agencies and share regular reports with the regional B2B head. Skills Experience 6+ years of experience in B2B sales or trade relations, preferably in travel, cruises, tourism, or hospitality. Familiarity with the travel agency and tour operator ecosystem in the assigned region. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple partner accounts and follow through on sales closures. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and pipeline management. A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a passion for travel. Qualifications Masters and Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
