Hiring: Assistant Manager – Purchase Negotiations

Location: Delhi (Dwarka Sector 19)

CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA + Target-Based Incentives

Experience: 3–6 years in vehicle procurement / purchase negotiations / used 2-wheeler sales

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years

Work Week: 6 days (Weekends working, 1 weekday off)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven professional to lead negotiations and closures with 2-wheeler sellers. This is a high-impact role requiring coordination with technical and logistics teams and managing small purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive negotiations and deal closures with bike sellers.

Conduct seller interactions via in-person and tele-meetings.

Coordinate with logistics and post-sales teams for smooth operations.

Track performance metrics and achieve incentive-linked targets.

Develop new purchase channels and seller sources.

Requirements:

3–6 years of relevant experience

Strong negotiation & closing skills

Team leadership experience

Excellent communication & coordination abilities

Flexible to work on weekends (with 1 weekday off)

Must be below 30 years of age
