Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager position located in Pune. The job requires handling Reinsurance documentation both for Premium and Claims, Communication with cedants and reinsurers and support senior management. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Assistant Manager will contribute to business development activities while ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a strong team player willing to learn and contribute to the growth of the organisation. Should coordinate with Accounts team to ensure timely remittances.

• Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of reinsurance processes and guidelines is preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation and project management
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance and Risk Management or similar qualification
• Previous experience in management or insurance brokerage is an advantage
