As an Office Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance - Coordinating office events, meetings, and travel arrangements - Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintaining office records and files with accuracy and confidentiality You will also be responsible for facility management tasks such as: - Coordinating with building management and vendors for facility maintenance and repairs - Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations - Managing office space allocation and layout - Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure Vendor management will be a key aspect of your role: - Sourcing, evaluating, and managing relationships with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services - Negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and addressing any issues that may arise Furthermore, you will provide administrative support by: - Assisting senior management and various departments - Preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other documents - Managing schedules and calendars efficiently - Handling phone calls and correspondence - Supporting HR tasks including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training programs It is imperative to adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies related to administrative functions, maintain precise records and documentation, and assist in audits. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
