Job Summary: Responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of offices, plants, warehouses, and retail locations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee office administration, facilities, housekeeping, security, and transport. Coordinate vendor management, service contracts, and cost control. Handle travel arrangements, asset management, and office infrastructure support. Ensure statutory, safety, and administrative compliance. Support HR and operations with admin-related requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration or related field. 5–8 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing/retail setup. Strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
