Job Description

Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
    Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow accounts by offering additional products or services. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
    Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of client expectations with deliverables.
    Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
    Reporting and Analysis: Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management. Use data to make informed decisions and improve account strategies.
    Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.
