Monitoring below mentioned Work daily, weakly and monthly Basis
1. Cashier/ cash book prepare
2. Cash voucher/ approval check
3. Cash authorization/ Voucher filing
4. Health kit bill daily basis submitted to operation/ Voucher filing
5. Deposit cheque clearing for daily basis and FD closure and pre closure and FD interest processing/ voucher filing report send to Calicut
6. Loans disbursement/ check approvals
7. Outside payments/ check approvals
8. BRS weakly basis
9. Ledger scrutiny Weakly basis
10. Statutory payments/ other approval and filing returns and BRS
11. Incentives checking/ preparation / voucher filing
12. Loan collection banks (Nach Bank)/ BC cash deposits bank reconciliation on daily basis
13. FA register updating only for depreciation purpose monthly basis
14. Branch BRS checking and filing monthly basis
15. Coordinate Branch/ BC calls
16. Advance staff claim ,Salary TDS calculation monthly basis and send to HR
17. Voucher proper Filing daily basis
