Handle inbound calls related to Retail Liabilities and Credit Cards, addressing customer queries and requests promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products during customer interactions to enhance customer value and business growth.
Ensure quality communication and customer service are maintained within established productivity and service benchmarks.
Maintain accurate logs and comply with information security and quality process norms consistently.
Act on feedback from Team Leaders or Quality Coaches to improve individual and team performance.
Initiate outbound calls to customers to offer additional banking products and services.
Identify potential leads and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
Maintain an up-to-date list of prospects and ensure they meet the target customer profile.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team to engage interested prospects further.
Achieve sales targets and contribute actively to the overall growth of the bank s customer base.
