Job Description

Hiring: Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager Digital Marketing

Location:

Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Lead the organic social media strategy, planning, and execution across

    Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

    .
  • Develop campaign narratives and editorial calendars aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Coordinate with agencies and production teams to develop both

    static and video content

    .

Creative Brand Management

  • Act as the creative lead for brand storytelling (visual & verbal) across all channels.
  • Manage and upgrade sales tools, catalogues, and brand assets.
  • Oversee creative direction for campaigns, collaterals, invites, showrooms, events, and internal presentations.

Website & Content Management

  • Coordinate website content strategy and content writing for India websites (HG & AX).
  • Work closely with global HQ for localized content, translations, page updates, and homepage refreshes.
  • Manage brand content assets, digital reference material, and CMS tools.

Marketing Communication & Collaterals

  • Lead the creation and design of newsletters, brochures, event invites, and sales collaterals.
  • Manage creative agencies and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.

Influencer Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Identify and evaluate relevant influencers for strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for influencer briefs, content planning, and execution.
  • Track campaign performance and ensure brand alignment.

Internal & Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with Sales, Product, and Global HQ teams for alignment on branding initiatives.
  • Consolidate and analyse campaign impact reports, media coverage, and creative performance.
  • Work closely with showroom and event teams to maintain strong brand presentation.

MUST HAVES

  • Strong experience in

    agency/vendor management

    .
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in

    digital marketing

    .
  • Ability to meet timelines and maintain high-quality brand standards.
  • Strong planning, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel (approx.

    ).
  • Experience in

    events/exhibitions

    preferred.
