1. Principal / Associate Principal Engineer Education:(Should have 60+% in 10th onwards) B.tech/ B.E. / MCA Experience: 10-13 years of JAVA PE- Java, Spring Boot, Design Profiles with experience in the Retail domain, specifically in any of the following areas: Bar Code Systems Point of Sale (POS) E-commerce Platforms Mandatory Technical Skills: 1. Requirement analysis 2. Design of the application, software component. 3. Java 8/11 (hands on), J2EE, JTA, JMS, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Annotations , 4. Micro services, registry, integrations etc. 5. Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Eureka and related services, spring integration etc. 6. Deployment scenarios - Docker, Kubernetes, spring cloud etc. 7. Development testing- Junit, PMD, Find Bug etc. 8. CI/CD/Jenkins hands on experience and tools like GitHub/git 9 . Design Patterns and algorithms. Fundamentals of Software Engineering. 10. NoSQL DB (eg: MongoDB) 11 . Understanding AWS services like IAM, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS. Skill: 1. Participate in requirement and design activities. 2. Develop prototypes for the design. 3. Software development of new functions and unit testing for the same. 4. Mentoring junior team members. 5. Reviews of design and code written by team members. 6. Involve in requirement analysis Soft Skills: 1. Effective global communication. 2. Mentoring junior team members and leadership. 3. Effective team player. 4. Very high ownership of deliverables in terms of schedule and quality. 5. Japanese language skills. Japanese skills are nice to have.
