Assistant Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with architects, developers, PMCs, and contractors
• Drive project sales with a focus on

  Gyproc Plaster Board systems

  used in

  walls, ceilings, and partitions

• Create accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline for plaster board and related solutions
• Promote

  performance features

  of plaster boards such as

  fire resistance, sound insulation, and speed of installation

• Educate customers on

  sustainable, space-efficient construction solutions

  using Saint-Gobain Gyproc products
• Generate specifications and drive product approvals in large-scale commercial and residential projects
• Monitor market trends, gather competitive insights, and support marketing initiatives like demos and seminars
• Ensure alignment across internal teams for smooth order execution and statutory compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
• MBA in Marketing preferred
• 4–8 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in

  building materials or construction

• Knowledge of gypsum-based systems and their applications in modern interiors is an added advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution-selling skills
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, engineering drawings, BOQs, and execution processes
