Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, training, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate manpower planning in alignment with departmental requirements.
  • Drive training & development programs and continuous upskilling initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth execution of payroll inputs, statutory compliance updates.
  • Act as HR SPOC for employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) for HR support.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations (recruitment, payroll, compliance, training).
  • Experience in HR within retail, textile, or apparel, hospitality industry will be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under timelines.
  • Employee engagement and conflict resolution skills.
