Assistant HR Manager

As an enthusiastic HR professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive workplace culture and employee experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Organizing and executing engaging employee engagement initiatives to create a fun and inclusive work environment. This will involve coordinating events like team games, contests, off-sites, sports meets, and cultural programs. - Designing and delivering effective induction programs to onboard new hires smoothly, helping them understand their roles, expectations, and the company culture. - Addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievances promptly to maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment. You will also provide counseling for employees facing behavioral challenges such as absenteeism, punctuality issues, or misconduct. - Managing compliance and HR operations by drafting and implementing disciplinary actions, final warnings, and exit procedures when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation for all HR-related cases and action plans. - Administering and managing the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process across departments to enhance employee performance. You will lead early engagement programs to address team challenges proactively in collaboration with business stakeholders. - Conducting periodic employee satisfaction surveys to assess engagement levels and gather actionable insights. You will work closely with leadership to implement feedback-driven improvements that enhance the overall employee experience.
