Job Description

We are looking for an HR professional with around 5 years of experience to manage core HR operations and support people processes across India and North America. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR administration, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives -- ensuring a smooth, people-first HR experience aligned with Groupsoftglobal values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HR Operations

- Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.

- Coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll processing, including reimbursements and support for statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc).

- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.

- Oversee onboarding and exit processes for employees.

2. Performance Management

- Support the annual appraisal and performance review cycles, ensuring timelines and communication are maintained.

- Coordinate processes for promotions, increments, and recognition awards.

- Track and support training and upskilling programs based on performance outcomes and leadership direction.

3. Employee Engagement

- Plan and execute employee engagement events, including festivals, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to drive culture and communication initiatives that promote a positive work environment.

4. Global Coordination

- Liaise with the US HR and leadership team on cross-region HR processes such as policy alignment, resource movements, and benefits coordination for North America employees.
