Assistant HR Manager

As an Assistant Manager HR at Bharuch, your key purpose in this position is to engage contractors for the supply of workmen and ensure compliance. You will also be responsible for coordinating employee benefits schemes. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting a psychometric test for candidates advancing to the HR stage - Looking for local candidates and conducting face-to-face interviews for the first round - Assessing and developing skills of workers - Assessing and developing competencies of staff - Providing training and development opportunities - Considering candidates up to Managerial Level Qualification Required: - Educational background of Any Graduate or MBA in HR - Experience in Skill Assessment & Development for Workers - Experience in Competency Assessment & Development for Staff - Experience in Training & Development - Familiarity with GPA, WC, GMA policies - Experience in contract manpower management The company is located at Dumala Boridra, Anklehi, Taluka Jhagadia, Bharuch, Gujarat 393001. The work location is in person, and the language preference is English and Hindi. The ideal candidates will have experience in Contract Labour Management and Contract Labour Compliance. The interview process involves one VC round and a final face-to-face interview. This is a full-time, permanent position with a notice period of 30 days.
