Assistant HR Manager

• Handle the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Support the HR team in overseeing payroll and statutory process.

Required Skills:

• Candidates who can join immediate are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources.
• Prior experience in HR between 5-10 years preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Work Location: Teynampet (Poes Garden), Chennai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
