Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Logistics
Location: Gurugram (Head Office)
Payroll: ADOSPL
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 (Monthly CTC)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant General Manager – Logistics. The role requires expertise in managing logistics operations, supervision, business development in logistics, and tender management, along with exposure to civil construction-related logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage logistics and transportation operations.
• Supervise and coordinate civil construction-related logistics activities.
• Lead business development initiatives in the logistics domain.
• Handle tender preparation, submission, and management.
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and clients.
• Travel as per business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BBA/MBA in Logistics or relevant degree in Transportation.
• Experience in multiple domains including:
• Civil Constructions
• Supervision
• Logistics
• Business Development (Logistics)
• Tender Management

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Sound knowledge of the transportation and logistics business.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
