Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager – Sales located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant General Manager – Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves regular interactions with clients, conducting sales meetings, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various departments, preparing sales reports, and leading marketing initiatives to drive hotel occupancy and sales.

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
