We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth, lead our sales team, and ensure successful project sell-outs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and channel partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning, project launches, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to close high-value deals.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-value client interactions.
  • Strong network of channel partners and brokers will be an added advantage.
