Assistant General Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple residential and commercial real estate projects.
  
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to generate new business.
  
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  
• Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure and documentation.
  
• Drive customer engagement initiatives, including site visits, presentations, and project walkthroughs.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning, promotional activities, and lead conversion.
  
• Train, mentor, and evaluate sales team members to improve performance and productivity.
  
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support and resolution of issues.
