Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Generation: Drive sales and generate revenue from Office Space rentals and cross-sell other offerings such as Meeting Rooms, Training Rooms, Virtual Offices, etc. 2. Business Development : Identify and generate leads from enterprise-level clients and corporates through various business development activities. 3. Solution Selling: Conduct needs analysis for prospective clients and recommend appropriate products and solutions from the full range of Quest's offerings. 4. MIS Reporting : Regularly update management on sales performance, pipeline, renewals, inquiries, and status reports. 5. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, influencers, and brokers to ensure strong business ties and repeat sales. Cross-functional Liaison: Work with Operations, IT, and Accounts teams to resolve client queries and ensure smooth service delivery. 7. Customer Retention: Establish strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high-touch relationship management throughout the client journey. 8. Negotiation & Deal Closure : Lead negotiations, initiate discussions, and finalize deals that address clients' needs while ensuring the company's profitability. 9. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation, goal alignment, and productivity. Ideal Candidate: 1. Proactive & Sales-Focused : A self-driven individual with the ability to generate and convert leads, and take corrective action as needed. 2. Industry Experience: Experience in the Hospitality, Real Estate, or Coworking industry with a solid track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. Consultative Selling Approach: Ability to adopt a consultative approach to problem-solving and maximize potential within client accounts. 4. Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with a focus on achieving positive business outcomes. 5. Negotiation Expertise : Expertise in negotiations and deal-closing techniques. Behavioural Competencies: • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities. Business acumen with a keen understanding of industry trends. Skilled in relationship management with a proven ability to build and sustain partnerships. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex deals.
